Northern Virginia's Information and Referral Network: I&R provides accurate, quick, free and confidential information on a wide variety of resources throughout northern Virginia, including government agencies, volunteer services, support groups, transitional services and employment, disability services, maternal and child care issues, and more.
Infant & Toddler Connection of Virgnia: Virginia’s Early Intervention Program serves infants and toddlers from birth to 36 months who:
- Are developmentally delayed
- Have atypical development
- Have a diagnosed physical or mental condition that has a high probability of resulting in delay.
