Students from the Kilmer Center joined students from several other Fairfax County schools to celebrate at the annual Day Prom at The Waterford Fair Oaks on April 24. Students dressed in their finest attire and wore boutonnieres and corsages. They enjoyed dancing in the decorated ballroom to music provided by a DJ and lunch with their friends. To mark the special occasion, every student also received a special souvenir. The day prom gives high-school aged students with disabilities an opportunity to participate in a high school prom experience.

In addition to the Kilmer Center, students from Justice High School, Centreville High School, McLean High School, Falls Church High School, South Lakes High School, and Lee High School also attended prom.
