Students and Staff celebrate in Read Across America Week 2019
Kilmer Center students and staff participated in celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday through Read Across America Week. We welcomed guest readers from within the Fairfax County Public Schools Community as well as from the Civitan’s. Every classroom had the opportunity to have a guest reader come to their room to read. Students participated in Literacy and STEM activities based on books. Finally, there were spirit days held throughout the week.
